This ucvav.com Membership Contract (Will be referred to as the “Contract”) has been signed in order to determine the terms of member and benefiting from the ucvav.com website between ucvav.com website (Will be referred to as ucvav.com ) and the person who signs up for ucvav.com  (Will be referred to as Member).

  1. The member accepts, declares, and undertakes that the personal information and other content provided while signing up to ucvav.com website are correct and lawful. ucvav.com is not obliged to investigate the accuracy of the information and content provided by the Member, nor can it be held responsible for any damages that may arise due to the incorrect or erroneous information and content. For the order to be delivered to the Member, the information must be correct and complete. The member has accepted to be responsible for the consequences such as non-arrival or late arrival due to of incomplete and inaccurate information and not to impose any responsibility on ucvav.com
    The member agrees, declares and undertakes that he/she will immediately compensate all damages to be incurred by ucvav.com due to the incomplete and inaccurate information provided, without the need for any further notice.
  2. ucvav.com , makes every effort to securely store Member information. However, in cases where is obliged to make a statement to official authorities in accordance with the provisions of the legislation, it may disclose the information provided by the Member within the framework of the requests of the official authorities. For this reason, the member accepts and undertakes that he/she cannot claim compensation from ucvav.com under any name. 
  3. The Member accepts, declares, and undertakes to comply with all legislation provisions while using the ucvav.com website and not to violate them, to prevent or make it difficult for others to use the website services.   Otherwise, the Member will be fully and exclusively responsible for all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise. The Member agrees that he/she understands and approves all the terms and rules that he/she is liable for. 
  4. In order to benefit from the services offered by ucvav.com , the Member is obliged to use the “username” and “password” used to log into the ucvav.com member account exclusively and individually and to keep them away from the third parties. The Member himself/herself will be responsible for all legal consequences and damages that may occur due to negligence and defects in these matters (both on him/her and on ucvav.com ).
  5. The Member accepts, declares, and undertakes that he/she is responsible for any work or transaction he/she performs on ucvav.com website; that he/she will not be able to file an objection and/or plea that he/she did not perform the work and transactions performed on the website with his/her own username and password, and/or will not refrain from fulfilling his/her obligations based on this plea or objection except for the case of stolen information from the website.
  6. The Member cannot use ucvav.com website in a way that disrupts public order, violates general morality, disturbs, and harasses others, for an illegal purpose, infringing on the material and moral rights of others. All criminal and legal liabilities arising from such use are the responsibility of the Member. 
  7. The ideas and opinions declared, written, and used by the members on the ucvav.com website are entirely members' own personal ideas and opinions and do not represent ucvav.com in any way and ties only the opinion owner (the person who wrote/declared). These ideas and opinions have no interest or connection with ucvav.com. ucvav.com is not responsible for the damages that third parties may incur due to the ideas and opinions declared by the Members and the damages that the Member may suffer due to the ideas and opinions declared by the third parties.
  8. ucvav.com can collect certain information such as the website's Internet address of the website that providing a direct link to the website, the name and Internet Protocol (IP) address of the Internet service provider used to access the website, the date and time of access to the website and use cookies for the improvement and development of the ucvav.com website and/or due to legal obligations. ucvav.com reserves the right to record the actions of the member on the website.
  9. The Member agrees and undertakes not to access or use the software and data of other internet members without permission. Otherwise, the legal and criminal responsibilities arising from this or the obligation to compensate them will belong to the Member. 
  10. ucvav.com website's rights and all intellectual property rights regarding the text and visual content of the products are on ucvav.com , and copyright and/or other intellectual property rights related to these are protected by the relevant laws. These cannot be used, acquired, or changed by the Member without permission. In case the Member acts contrary to this article, the Member is obliged to cover all material and moral damages of ucvav.com. Other companies and their products mentioned on this website are trademarks of their owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights. The member accepts and undertakes that he/she will not reproduce, copy, distribute, process Pictures, texts, visual and audio images, video clips, files, databases, catalogs, and lists on the website and/or that may constitute an infringement of the real or personal rights and assets of ucvav.com and/or another third party or engage in any commercial activity by performing actions that may have such consequences; The member is deemed to have accepted in advance that he/she will compensate the damages of third parties that may arise due to his/her illegal activities on the website and the provisions of this Contract.
  11. Precautions have been taken to ensure within the available possibilities that ucvav.com website is free of viruses and similar software. In addition, in order to ensure ultimate security, the Member must supply his/her own virus protection system and provide the necessary protection. In this context, the Member is deemed to have accepted that he/she is responsible for all errors that may occur in his/her software and operating systems and their direct or indirect consequences upon entering the website.
  12. ucvav.com , endeavors to take maximum precautions to securely store the data and personal information of the Member. The Member acknowledges that ucvav.com has no responsibility in the case where his/her information is stolen due to cyber-attack, theft, sabotage, terrorism, etc., despite the precautions taken.
  13. ucvav.com has the right and authority to unilaterally make all kinds of changes, updates or to abolish the terms of the member contract and the website without prior notice to the Member. Any provision that has been changed, updated, or abolished will be effective for all members as of the date of publication. 
  14. ucvav.com has the right to terminate this Member Contract unilaterally without any justification, without compensation. In such a case, ucvav.com has the right to keep some information or to delete all/part of the information if it wishes. In addition, ucvav.com  may suspend temporarily or delete the membership of the Member. In this case, ucvav.com  will not have any responsibility against the Member or other third parties.
  15. In disputes that may arise from this Contract, all electronic and system records and computer records kept by ucvav.com in its database and servers will also constitute evidence. The parties are free to present any further evidence.
  16. The party that violates one or more of the articles listed in this member contract is personally liable for this violation in criminal and legal terms and will keep the other party free from the legal and criminal consequences of these violations. 
    In the case where ucvav.com is obliged to make any payment due to the Member's violation of one or more of the articles of this Contract, this amount will be paid to ucvav.com upon the first written request of ucvav.com. Also; ucvav.com reserves the right to demand compensation from the Member due to this violation.
  17. From the moment the Member approves the use of his/her personal information for communication and promotion purposes, with the approval of this membership contract, he/she will be deemed to have given permission and accepted that the personal and other information he/she has given to be transferred to ucvav.com’s existing and future affiliates, partners, successors and/or third parties/organizations to be determined by them or other companies with whom ucvav.com cooperates, that this information to be recorded by ucvav.com and the aforementioned companies for the time they will foresee for promotion, advertisement, communication, sales, marketing, and membership offers, to be kept in written/magnetic archives, to be preserved, to be updated, to be shared, to be transferred and to be used and that he/she can be contacted through channels such as SMS, internet, e-mail, telephone, etc. unless otherwise stated in writing beforehand.
  18. This member sign-up will be valid for all subdomain addresses of ucvav.com.
  19. This Contract has been mutually concluded and put into effect upon the electronic approval of the Member on the date he/she became a member of our website. The Contract will remain in effect until the Member cancels his/her membership or until the cancellation of the membership by ucvav.com.

  1.  Due to copyright and privacy rules, images uploaded by members for printing purposes are not archived, used for any other purpose, or shared with third parties. Uploaded visual data; is automatically deleted from our system after 3 days for guest members and after 14 days for registered members. The images you have ordered are deleted completely after 14 days.
  2. In cases where the paper chosen in the print orders cannot be supplied, the buyer will be contacted. In this case, the buyer; reserves the right to choose one of the alternative papers to be offered or to cancel his/her order.
  3. The matters members should pay attention to the images uploaded for printing are as follows;
    • The resolution of the image should match the preferred print size.
    • The image should be checked in a screen that shows the right color values.
    • No intervention such as retouch, coloring, texture can be done by the SELLER.
    • In case where these matters are not checked, the responsibility of the consequence of the printing belongs to the BUYER.
  4. Ucvav has the right to make changes regarding printing limits and capacities.
  5. All legal responsibility for the images uploaded by the members belongs to them. Our company cannot be held responsible for these issues under any circumstances.
