The word Sidq means truthfulness and honesty. It is also used as an expression of sincerity. The noble Hadith featured on this panel states that "a person who is upright and sincere will attain birr." Birr encompasses meanings such as goodness, ihsan (the consciousness of living as though seeing Allah), righteousness, and staying away from sins. In short, this Hadith expresses that those who are upright as commanded and live their truthfulness with sincerity will become servants with whom our Lord is pleased, and that this state will lead them to Paradise.
This magnificent artwork was prepared in 2020 by Calligrapher Muhammed Yaman in the Jali Thuluth script style using a single-line composition. Featuring illumination by Nadir Tatar, this Sidq Hadith calligraphic frame is reproduced in fine art print quality at our workshop and presented to art lovers.
