Fatma Özçay

Özçay ailesinin en küçük ferdi olarak 1970 yılında Bolu’nun Gerede ilçesinde doğdu. 1986’da ailesiyle birlikte İstanbul’a yerleşti. 1987’de ağabeylerinin yüreklendirmesiyle Kubbealtı Kültür ve Sanat Vakfı tezhip kursuna devam ederek Prof. Fatma Çiçek Derman’dan tezhip dersleri aldı. Kabiliyeti ve ağabeyi Mehmed Özçay’ın yoğun alaka ve yardımıyla kısa zamanda büyük merhale katetti.
