He was born in Afşin, Kahramanmaraş, in 1985. He completed elementary and middle school in the village of Hüyüklü. After graduating from Afşin Imam Hatip High School, he earned his bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Theology at Sakarya University. He then began his master’s degree in calligraphy at the Faculty of Fine Arts at FSMVÜ. He received his first calligraphy lessons from Calligrapher Ahmet Arpacı in 2003.
